Hosted by the Tri Cowtown Triathlon Club and the Benbrook Community Center YMCA benefiting Step up for Kids. This event includes a 300 yard pool swim, 13.8 mile bike along the south shore of Lake Benbrook, and a new 3.1 mile run.  It is a great sprint triathlon for first timers and competitive athletes alike.

Eligibility - The minimum age to participate is 13.  The right to accept or reject any entry is reserved.  For younger participants, please contact staci@playtri.com. All participants must observe all cut-off times and USAT rules and regulations.  Failure to meet cut-off times will result in disqualification and removal from the course. Refund & Transfer Policy : No Refunds or Transfers allowed.
